Do you accept insurance?

We are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna insurance providers. We also offer cash pay options and package deals for those who prefer or do not have dietitian coverage through their insurance. Additionally, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. (See more insurance information below)

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, go to the “Schedule” tab and select the service you wish to book. This will take you to our online scheduling system through Kalix, where you can choose your preferred day, time, or dietitian. You can also filter for in-person or virtual appointments.

Once you’ve purchased your appointment or package, you’ll receive an email link from Kalix with instructions on how to set up your account and access Telehealth, if applicable.

What is health coaching?

Health coaching goes beyond traditional nutrition counseling by recognizing that YOU are the expert on your own life, needs, and goals. Our team is trained in health coaching through Wellcoaches, and we integrate this approach into every session. We also use techniques like motivational interviewing, strengths assessment, and a solutions-focused strategy to help you make lasting, sustainable changes.

Where are you located?

You can choose to schedule your appointment either virtually or in person. In-person appointments are held at Biltmore Park. Click here to schedule either option.

Do you create meal plans?

We offer a variety of tools, resources, knowledge, and insights to support you on your journey to healthy eating. Additionally, we can provide personalized meal plans for individuals who meet the minimum visit or package requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected events can arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you’re unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible so we can offer that time to others who may need it.

  • Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance allow you to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiting the appointment and will have a fee.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

INSURANCE

Many insurance plans offer medical or preventative benefits for nutrition counseling. We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. Coverage for dietitian visits can vary by individual plan, so we recommend calling your insurance provider before your first visit to verify your benefits. This ensures you’re maximizing your coverage and helps you avoid unexpected bills. Please use this list of specific questions to ask when verifying your benefits.

If your insurance declines to cover your visit(s), you will be responsible for the full amount billed.

Out-of-Network Insurance
Some insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits for nutrition counseling. If your plan falls under this category, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. You’ll be responsible for payment at the time of your visit but may be reimbursed if your insurance offers out-of-network coverage.
