Christmas Seafood Dish

Garlic Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

- 4 lobster tails

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping at the tail. Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Place the meat on top of the shell.

In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter sauce, making sure to coat the meat evenly.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the garlic butter sauce halfway through.

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Optional: If you like a slightly crispy top, you can briefly broil the lobster tails for 1-2 minutes after baking. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.

Enjoy this elegant and flavorful option with family and friends at Christmas!
